Origins
1-2 began as a group of guys who played Arma together and discovered Gel Ball in late 2020. Together they formed a team that attend MILSIM and casual events around South East Queensland.
Mjolnir originally started as a Gel Ball team formed by Braydon Voll. They attended casual and MILSIM events as well, which caused a natural meeting of the two teams.
With the creation Mjolnir Gelsim, the decision was made to merge the two teams under the 1-2 banner.
1-2 Today
1-2 is now seen as the playing arm of Mjolnir Gelsim. They support Mjolnir Gelsim and other like minded community run events. The group is run by a wealth of different experience, with full time and reservist Defence Force members, along with experienced gel ball players.
Instead of turning up in small groups of different sections, they all now participate together under the one banner. Other groups, such as Raiders, have also joined 1-2 members to participate in the same section at various different events around QLD.
